Today’s "new hires" are not showing up in Communifire. I do not see any one pending activation. How do we fix this and find out what was changed?
Do you know how these users were added? Are they being pulled in by Bulk Import or by SSO?
They are auto pulled in through SSO
There should not have been any changes made to your provisioning. Can you please describe what the normal process for getting the members pulled in is for you?
It may also take some time before these users are pulled in. What time were they added to your OKTA instance?
IT is checking and will get back to me.
They were uploaded and show in OKTA but for some reason it is not syncing. They are looking into it from our end.

I found in this forum post that the email rules had a asterisk that was preventing new users from being created with the Fibrogen email address.
I believe this was the root cause of this problem as well, so provisioning should begin working correctly now.
