User not receiving @ email notifications | Communifire Support

A user of ours has reported not receiving emails notifying her that she has been mentioned in a post/article/blog etc. I have checked her preferences and they all seem in order (see below image). Could this please be rectified?

I noticed that the email template to send email notifications when a user is mentioned in the content was turned off

I have activated the template. Users should now receive the emails when someone @ mentions them.

Please let me know if there is anything else.
