Templates not functioning | Communifire Support

Hi, 

I went on the Breakthrough ACTION space on my site to add a template and when I click Insert>template, nothing happens. I checked the templates and they are active, but do not come up.

We are looking into this.

Hi Rebecca,

There was a bug that prevented the insert template popup from appearing. We applied a hotfix to your site to address this. Could you check whether this is working for you now?
