Issues with my site - roles and permissions | Communifire Support

Hi, 

Starting yesterday I have been receiving a few requests for access to my Operations space. Those requesting access should have access through user/space assignment rules. And their role is "CCP staff" and "member." The following people have requested this access so far: 

• Dawn Austin
• Mohamad Sy-ar
• Mellisa Connover 
• Susan Leibtag

Also, there was the issue with Jarret Cassaniti who lost his CCP Staff role. 

Those that have requested access, when I check still have the same role of CCP staff. 

Not sure what's happening.

In addition, Jarret's role was changed again today off of CCP Staff as was at least one other staff Susan Gaztanaga. 

I just went through all staff yesterday and made sure they had the right roles. So something is definitely buggy about our site.
