Launchpad links not working properly | Communifire Support

I'm having an issue with the launchpad links not taking me to external links but as if they are a page of my intranet.

Ex. Instead of taking me to slack (xxx.slack.com), it's taking me to xxx.communifire.com/xxx.slack.com

This is on ALL links. Please advise.

Hi Sierra,

Please edit the launch pad links and add https:// to the beginning of each link that is missing it. Does this fix the issue?

I've tried it with one link and yes, that appears to fix the issue. Thanks!
