In the chat when you add a file whether image, pdf, or any other file type, in the web browser chat, it shows as just text. On the mobile app it is fine.

Currently, you need to refresh the page to see the file attachment. Our development team is working on a fix for this so you don't need to refresh the page. We'll let you know when the fix is available.
