The Communifire.Space.AddedUser email template sends newly added users a link with an invitation ID instead of a direct link to the space. When the invitation is deleted from /spaces/manage/members/manage-invites, the link in the email no longer works.
If users are added and given immediate access to this space, they should receive a direct link to the space, not an invitation URL.
I've made a case with our development team to fix this issue. We'll let you know once a fix is available.
