We have noticed an issue with posts and featured posts.
Posts (wall posts and articles) are not appearing on the activity stream, despite the fact that they are being successfully posted. We can direct link to the post, comment on it, like it, etc, but it does not appear on the space's activity stream.
Similarly, featured posts are not appearing on content lists that call them from other spaces. We are sending out company communications regarding the Coronavirus, but these posts are not appearing on the content list we have on our custom homepage.
Could you share an example article and wall post that don't appear in the space Activity Stream? Please provide direct URLs or the article's title and the wall post's text.
I can see coronavirus content on the homepage when logged in under the support account. Are all users unable to see that content on the homepage, or just some users? Are the users members of the Riptide Corporate space where the content was posted?
Here are two recent posts that were not added to the content list on the front page despite being featured properly. They also are not on the space's activity stream. This has only been an issue for the last couple days (3/12 we think), so posts before that made it to the list.
Here is a wall post that never made it to the activity stream.
Go to Control Panel > System > Advanced System Utilities and Rebuild Search Index . Content will disappear from Page Builder pages while the index is rebuilding, so we suggest doing this during non-business hours. Let us know if content continues to not appear on the homepage and the space Activity Stream after rebuilding the index.
