    Hi, on one of my user accounts I am getting a failed password attempt message and I am locked out. How can I clear that message as the admin without having to change the password?

    Hey Ken,

           To unlock an account, click Forgot Password . An administrator can also reset a user's password in Control Panel > People > Manage People .

    Hey Ken,

         There is not a way to unlock an account without changing the password. You can adjust the max amount of attempts, check out the bottom section of Login .
