Add a hyperlink to the space navigation. You can link to internal or external web pages. Enter the Tab name and Tab URL. Upload or choose an icon. Then click Save.
Our admin for the MS Azure account is getting his user profile populated with his admin credentials from Azure. His SAML login will only let him log into this user profile. His correct user profile is also in the Communifire user list but he cannot sign in to it. I've tried to delete the Azure credential account but it keeps repopulating. He is not getting any of his cases, messages or anything. Need some guidance on how to fix this.
