OUC360 can't get into site and not sending password resets

    We can't get into our OUC360.com site it is telling us wrong username/password and it is not sending password resets.  I'm the admin and can't get in there to restart the site etc.

    Still says wrong username password combinaton.  Still not getting the reset password email.

    Are you trying to login with an email or username? Also, for password recovery which email are you trying to send the details to?

    We are trying to use email.  Our emails are our business email.  Mine is mward@ouc.com

    here's a screenshot.

    Hey Michelle,

    I checked and there are 2 users with the name Michelle Ward

    Emails for both usernames are different than what you have shared above. 

    I can see these emails listed in profile

    1. ***@gmail.com

    2. ***@aol.com

    Do you recognise any of these emails?

    You may want to start a private case if you would like us to change the login info. I can share the details securely in a private case.

    yes, if it will help, you can delete those two.  they are the emails I use to login as a "member"
