I've been having a couple of people say that they're not able to download content on the intranet. How do I update permissions so that everyone can download content?
Is this content in Spaces or in your top level Community?
It's in spaces.
In each space, please go to Manage Space > Permissions then choose the content you would like and make sure the Download permission is checked. Note that each File Directory has separate permissions, so you will need to makes sure all appropriate roles have this permission in each folder.
