Recommended Image Settings for Badges | Communifire Support

Hello all,

I'm looking to see the recommended image settings when creating a badge. I'd like a something that will look good in both normal and dark modes, please.

Hi Dave,

While we don't have an official recommended image setting, one trick is to use a badge icon with a dark border and a light interior, that way it will look good on both dark mode and light mode.

Thanks, Foster. That's a helpful starting point and I passed the information along in a recognition meeting I just had.

One more quick question: If I change the image associated with a badge, will the new image override the badge image for people that previously received the badge? We need to adjust a badge image that looks a little less than ideal in dark mode. :)

Yes! Changing a badges image will change it in all locations, even for users who have already received the badge.
