    With our intranet, we currently approve members and have a verification email sent to the email that members use to register. For the members we approve but don't verify their email, is there a way to re-ping them or send another verification email?

    Hi Shelby, 

    In order to re-send a verification email to your pending activation users, make your way to the Control Panel and click Manage People. Next, click the Pending Activation tab. You are now seeing the list of pending activations! 

    Next, you'll want to check the boxes to the left of the users' names to select them. Finally, click the 'Resend Activation Email' button and you've just resent the activation email to the selected users! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. Thanks!
