Inactive User Emails

    I am curious how often the inactive user emails will be sent (weekly, every other week, monthly?) and if there is a way to customize this.

    Hi Shelby,

    Once a user goes inactive (past the set time in InactiveUserEmailWeeks) the email will be sent to them. This email is only sent once and is not recurring.

    Thank-you for your response. I understand the email only sends once but is there a way to make it recurring to re-engage those who have not logged on for a while?



  • Hi Shelby,

    There is not a way to make the email recurring. However, you can use Mass Email to send out emails manually to the users that you would like to come back to the intranet. You can even select the "inactive user" email template when you do so.
