Some of our communifire members are having trouble with the App. The Spaces are not on the App and some of the discussions are missing aswell. Is there anything you can do to help?

Are any spaces on the app at all? Also, are these users able to access the missing spaces and discussions while on the desktop?
Are there any specific spaces or discussions that are missing?

One member can see Top Level community only but no other spaces. The Top Level also just shows up as a blank page. The users can see everything fine when on the desktop. I don't know any specific discussions that are missing.
Could you share the name of the person who sees only the top level community in the mobile app?
