Files not pulling up in search | Communifire Support

We have files uploaded into (Finance) space that will not pull up when we search for them in the search field.  Is there a reason that they may not be search able or pulling up?  Some of the files pull up fine but not all of them.  We cannot find a common connection.

The permissions for "Finance Forms" folder were empty

/spaces/manage/settings/manage-permissions?spaceID=6

If we go to the permissions for "Activity Stream Files" we will see the following permissions:

I have manually copied those permissions to "Finance Forms" folder:

You should see the file from that folder coming into search now:

/spaces/6/finance/files/26/vendor-information-form_2019-docx

/searchresults?keyword=REMITTANCE%20INFO
