The icons on our launch pad all have our teal color.  We are uploading a new icon and link onto our launch pad and when we upload the icon it looks exactly like the uploaded image.  How do I make it the teal color like all of our other icon tabs on our launch pad?

    Hi Cherree,

The images that you have on your current launchpad were all uploaded exactly as is. They were most likely custom made, or edited to have that color in photoshop.

    Thanks,
    Foster

    Hello Foster

we do not know how to do this. I imagine the background color of the image needs to be clear or changed. I cans send the image for the icon as soon as I'm back to my computer. Out for a run.

    Hi Cherree,

If you want the background image to be clear, typically you would use a .png file instead of a .jpg file.

But yes, I believe you have a case open about this issue as well. Could you please upload the image you are working with to that case? I will take a look at it there.

    Thanks,
    Foster

    Hi Foster

It is a .png file.  I have attached the logo we want to place on our launch pad and have match our other icons in background color.

    Thank you,

    Cherree

Just an FYI. You can use https://www.remove.bg/ to remove image backgrounds.

    Hi Cherree,

I went ahead and downloaded one of your other icons. It looks like you are using a square image with the color added in. (This is a .jpg file).

You may want to create an image similar to this in an image editor and upload it, instead of using one with a clear background.

    Thanks,
    Foster
