When I update things in my profile and preferences it takes a long time to process. The processing communifire logo is there, but it takes sometimes a full minute. Is this supposed to happen?

This may be related to the Country and State dropdown in your edit profile section.
Do you have employees worldwide? It looks like you are loading every country and state when you try to load this page, which is why it takes a while to load. Can some countries be removed from this list?
