Question with Required Reads

Subscribe to RSS
  • What is the best recommendation we can give to our staff when they are returning from a leave of absense - like a maternity leave?  The have an extensive list of required reads and some of those have even expired.  Is there a way to remove these for them and only see the required reads from a certain point in time.

Look forward to your suggestion on how to manage these. Thanks.

  • Hi Tobi,

I will look into how to best handle this for you. I believe that we can remove the expired required reads from your users lists. I will get back to you on how to do this soon.

    Thanks,
    Foster

  • Hi Tobi,

I made some changes to your site, can you let me know if the old required reads from expired content are still there for your users?

    Thanks,
    Foster

  • Thanks Foster. That worked for my user.  Moving forward if a person returns from an extended leave should they only expect to see current (non-expired) content for required reads?

  • Answered

    Hi Tobi,

Yes you can expect to see only current Required Reads moving forward. If you see any more that  you cannot access, please let us know.

    Thank you,
    Foster
