    How do we stop the icons which we are using for our ratings system from appearing in the forum when our staff post comments in the forum section of Communifire?

    See attached screengrab - the icons are what we are using for our ratings system but they appear supersized when they appear in the forum. Can we remove the icons from appearing when users post in the forum?

    Thanks!

    Richenda

    Hi Richenda,

    You can disable points system from yoursite.com/admin/users/manage-points-system page.

    Hi there,

    We don't want to remove them - we just don't want the points to appear on the forum page when someone comments.

    Is there a way of hiding them or making them smaller?

    Thanks, Richenda

    Hi Richenda,

    It looks like you've changed the point icons to an image of a brain, the image seems rather large so I can understand why you may want to hide it from posts in the forum.be

    The original Point Image size is 38px x 12px. You may want to try resizing your brain image to be no more than 12px high, this may look better overall anywhere points images appear.

    If you wish to hide the point image from the forum posts but not turn off points you can add this rule to your CSS overrides.

    .user-rank-image {
    display: none;
    }

    Hi Nathaniel,

    Thank you so much for the CSS override. One quick thing - we used the CSS override but have now found that we can no longer get the Leaderboard to appear on our homepage. Is there a way of getting it back?

    Thanks, Richenda

    Hi Richenda,

    Sorry to hear the leaderboard disappeared. The issues are unrelated and it was just coincidental that the CSS rule was applied and then the leaderboard disappeared. We have a fix we will apply to your site to restore the leaderboard

    Hi Richenda,

    The leaderboard should be showing again on your homepage. Can you confirm this?

    Thanks,
    Foster
