Suddenly files that we used to be able to see without difficulty give us the error :
File preview currently not available. Some big files might take more than 10 minutes to load their preview.
Was there a change that I'm not aware of?
Has there been any change in this in the last 10 minutes or so? Also, is this the only occurence or is this happening for all PDFs?
It did not change in the last 10 minutes. It appears to be happening to all of the large PDFs in this Space. I don't think I have any large PDF's anywhere else.
Thanks for your help
We experienced this issue yesterday as well.
We are looking into this issue and possible solutions. We will give you an update soon.
We have made some changes, are you still experiencing this issue?
This one is ok:
Others still are not:
We're getting there,
Is it possible to re-upload any PDF's that are showing this way? We believe that will fix the issue. If not, please provide a list of all the files that are giving issue and we can do this for you.
I just kinda spot checked and only found some in that same folder. 2019_10, 2019_08, and 2019_05.
Other folders that I've looked at so far don't have any issues.
If you would do those three for me. It would take me some time to track them down again and it appears you know how to find them. That would be appreciated.
We will be working on them right now.
Those PDF's should now preview without issue for you.
They do preview now. Thank you!
I am having this issue too. Any updates?
Can you try re-uploading the file into the same location? This should cause the preview to re-appear.
Foster, one of our employees uploaded a PDF 16 hours ago and is experiencing this issue now. Since it is just recently, do we still need to have her reupload into the same location?
The issue has been fixed. You can check the same on the concerned URL and you will see the file.
