    When an employee is terminated do I have to go in and manually delete their account through communifire or is it enough that we deactivate their google account? All employees sign in using Google SSO.

    Hi Tyler,

    If the Communifire account isn't deleted or banned, the user may still log in using his/her email address and Communifire password. The Communifire account should be deleted or banned for maximum security.

    I understand, but no employee is able to use their own email address or even create a communifire password. We only allow access to communifire through Google SSO.

    Hi Tyler,

    In that case yes, you can delete just the Google Account and the user will not be able to access your Communifire Site.
