    What is the CSS class for color entry for "Red" background and white lettering when trying to create a Case Status?

    Is this the correct entry in CSS overrides for red background with white letters?

    .case-status-label-emergency { background-color: ##FF0000; color: #FFFFFF; }

    Hi Thomas,

    Please try this in CSS overrides:

    .case-status-label-emergency { background-color: #FF0000; color: #FFFFFF; }

    Thanks,
    Aparna

    That had no effect.

    Don;t I need to change field CSS class for color field as well?

    Yes, after adding the above CSS in CSS overrides, you will have to add "case-status-label-emergency" in "CSS class for color" field. This is how you can do it:
