@Mention Cases

    When I watched the "@mention" video is says that I can link to content.  Cases are considered content.  However, cases do not show up when is use the "@mention" function.  Why is this?

    The same thing applies when I try to "@mention" wiki content in a task.

    Hey Shawn,

    Both of these issues appear to be bugs. I've made our developers aware of the issues. We'll contact you once fixes are available.

    You can manually add an @mention for a case. In the rich text editor toolbar, click View > View Source. Enter {{mention:CASEID:19}} where you want the @mention to go. Replace CASEID with the case ID, which can be found in the title.
