Add a hyperlink to the space navigation. You can link to internal or external web pages. Enter the Tab name and Tab URL. Upload or choose an icon. Then click Save.

I receive an error message that my system cannot accept Keynote files. It also lists many other file extensions not able to upload.

Your site isn't on the latest version of Communifire. Please submit a private case to schedule a time to update your site.
In the meantime, go to Control Panel > System > Dynamic Properties > System Properties.
