  • How do we modify the font size and color for header tags such as <h4> or add our own <h?> tags?

  • Hi Matt,

    You can use CSS overrides to change the style of heading tags. Example CSS code:

    h2 { font-size: 20px; color: #0f7d08; }

    Add the CSS code in Control Panel > System > CSS Overrides.

    Heading tags are an HTML element and go from h1 to h6. It isn't possible to add more heading tags.

    If there's a specific heading tag you want to modify, please share a link to the page, and we can provide the CSS overrides to change its style.

  • Perfect.  How do we know which h tags are already use?  Trying to create new <h?> tag for widgets.

  • Hi Matt,

    Could you clarify the question? h1 through h6 tags are used through the site and can also be used in content or widgets. You can use h1 through h6 tags in widgets.

  • Sorry, my HTML knowledge is limited.  Can i create an h7 tag, for example, and customize it or does HTML only recognize h1 through h6?

  • Hi Matt,

    HTML only recognizes h1 through h6.

    If you're working in the rich editor, the rich editor toolbar does include a font color selector.

    You can also add a font size selector to the rich editor toolbar. To do this, go to Control Panel > System > System Properties, edit EditorToolbarAdditionalOptions and add fontsizeselect. The font size selector will be added in the third row of the toolbar.
