Hello! I created a Challenge in our recognition program and as a test I went ahead and completed it myself; however, it still says incomplete and the DEI badge was not awarded to my profile. I was wondering if you could help me understand how to fix it?

Hi Brooke,

I noticed that the "Like a photo" step has the action "Add Comment" instead of "Like". Did you mean to set the action to "Like"? If so, please edit the badge and set the challenge step's action to "Like".

I also noticed the content type for this step is "Albums". You may want to add "Photos" as well.

Note: You can edit the challenge by opening the associated badge then clicking Edit Content.

Thank you!! I changed the parameters and retested and still don't see a badge on my profile... I know it's probably user error but can't seem to figure it out!

The "Like one photo" step still has the action "Add Comment" instead of "Like". Please edit the step and change the action to "Like".
