Rocket chat integration | Communifire Support

I'm currently in the process of integrating Rocket Chat into our on-premise instance of Communifire.

I've updated the site configurations as follows:

The result is the dropdown updating the module properly, however the Send Message functionality is just a dead link and the messages are not populating in the dropdown menu - forever having websocket conneciton issues:

Do you have any documentation you can share on a step-by-step how to integrate and/or resolve?

We will have an alpha version of a deeper Rocket Chat integration available in two weeks or so. Would you like to try that out instead of using Zapier? If so, we'll send you step-by-step instructions for how to integrate Rocket Chat with Communifire. Let us know.
