    Hello, 

    The following questions came up on our team:

    1. Can we turn off (and on) the points and rankings? We do not want this feature for our go-live but may utilize post-MVP.

    2. What is the character limit on a recognition that is awarded? And can we update the character limit ourselves?

    3. What is hard coded in the site and what can we change/update ourselves? We want to change verbiage to match our company's style, do we have the ability to update places where it says "award badges" or "give kudos"?

    4. When you submit a recognition, a banner pops up to  say "Badge Awarded Successfully" can we update the color from yellow?

    5. Rather than a leaderboard (at least for our go-live, may be implemented in Post-MVP), we need the ability for leaders to see how many awards have been given and received and not see any point associated with it.

    6. Is the access CHG was given to the staging site admin level access? We are able to delete recognitions that are submitted. Can you verify that member level would not have that ability?

    Hey Allison,

    1. Yes, you can disable points in Control Panel > People > Points - uncheck Enable points system.

    2. Which field are you referring to? The badge title, summary, or description? Or are you referring to the message you can add when you recognize someone?

    3. Yes, you can customize static text in Control Panel > System > Localized Content . Take a look at Replace or Change Static Text .

    4. Yes, you can change the banner background color using CSS overrides. Go to Control Panel > System > CSS Overrides and enter the following code.

    #message-box-wrapper .message-box .message-content {background: #00000;}

    Replace #000000 with your desired color, then click Save CSS Overrides. Note that this will change the banner background color wherever it appears, and not just when it appears after recognizing someone.

    5. You'll be able to update the template in Control Panel > System > Page Builder Templates and remove or add any information you like.

    6. Only administrators and moderators have the ability to remove badges by default. You can set who can remove badges in Control Panel > People > Badges > Badge Permissions . Check or uncheck the Remove permission.

    Thanks Grace! For question 2, I was referring to the message a user types in when they recognize someone.

    There is no character limit for that message.

    Good to know. One of our requirements is to have a filtered view of recognition by private division space. Is there a way to review that in our sandbox environment?
