    Hi Nick,

Please open the web server and check if you have folders named /People, /People-CF.
Please share a screenshot in a private case here.

    Thanks,
    Aparna

    Hi Nick,

Were you able to find the folders?

    Thanks,
    Aparna

Well, i was able to navigate to people-cf, but it looks like the old version. I do know that /people 'page' exists because I am able to see it listed in the list of pages under the User Profiles - which i have attached a screenshot of .

    Hey Nick,

Is there a /people folder in the root directory of your site?

  • nmollo

yes, there is also a /People-CF folder.

  • mtrujillo
    Answered

Please delete just the "people" folder.

  • nmollo

That solved the 'people' issue - Thank you :)

Now, how can i solve the 'View All Sites' issue?

  • mtrujillo
    Answered

Delete the "spaces" folder and leave the "spaces-cf" folder. There are some issues with a 5.2 to 6.0 upgrade where some old folders are left behind.

  • nmollo

    Excellent! That solved the issue!

You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
