Analytics on top of the REST API

    Hi

We have local deployment and would like to use offline analytics on-top of the REST API

Is there any Open source or other application that is recommended to be used on top of the API in order to have statistics on users activities/content type/ and other reports that doest not exist naively in the communifire?

p.s. - unfortunately online Google analytics is not an option for us.

    Thanks in advance!

We have seen on-premise customers utilize data visualization tool such as Tableau and Power BI to tie into the Communifire database to create these kinds of reports.

would you propose to connect to the DB or use the APIs?

What would be the best way to create reports for passive users (viewers) for pages (home page or other pages in the community)?

For example: I would like to know how many users visited the home page, how many clicked on something from the home page and how much time overall they spent in the communifire. what is the best way to do that ?

    Thanks

    Hi Meital,

Can you please submit a private case with a list of reports you are interested in seeing? We are currently working on revamping our reports section and your feedback would be very helpful to us.

    Thanks,
    Foster
