    hey guys i was wondering how can i use some of DB parameters and insert them into a new email template that i have developed in HTML .... i mean parameters like {{First_Name}} or {{Password}}

    We do not recommend embedding user passwords in emails for security reasons.

    I completely agree with Tim on security measures. For other general email template fields, I recommend this article Email Templates

    I agree from a security prespective but Then how do you guys recommend that i communicate the passwords of bulk imported users?

    Many companies use an existing piece of data their employees know about. In the example below, we use a text phrase we created, then add the employee id and last 4 digits of their social security number. For example:

    Password: c@omP3&89454444

    c@omP3& = plain text

    8945 = Empoyee ID

    4444 = Last 4 digits of their SSN.
