Recognition Pages

Badge Detail

The Badge Detail page displays badge information including the badge title, badge description, challenge details, past recipients, and an activity ticker. The Badge Detail page appears in Browse > Recognition > Badges > select a badge. Edit the Badge Detail page to change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Available Fields

Field Description
Custom Text Adds custom text to the page
Active Displays whether the badge is active
Badge Displays the badge's image
Description Displays the badge's description
People can receive multiple times For use on the Edit Badge Form page
Publicize in activity stream when awarded For use on the Edit Badge Form page
Recognition Program For use on the Edit Badge Form page
Roles that can grant For use on the Edit Badge Form page
Summary Displays the badge's summary
Title Displays the badge's title

Badge Form

The Badge Form page is used to create a new badge and edit badges. You can change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Available Fields

Field Description
Active Sets whether the badge is active
Badge Sets the badge's image
To edit badge image settings, edit the field and update the height and width settings.
Challenge Sets, creates, or updates a badge challenge for the badge
Description Sets the badge's description
Kudos points Sets points for a kudos badge
People can receive multiple times Sets whether users can receive the badge multiple times
Publicize in activity stream when awarded Sets whether a post will appear on the Activity Stream when the badge is earned or awarded
Recognition Program Sets which recognition program the badge is in
Roles that can grant Sets which roles can award the badge
Summary Sets the badge's summary
Title Sets the badge's title

Badges List Page

The Badges List page displays a list of kudos and challenges badge in a recognition program. The Badges List page appears in Browse > Recognition > Badges. You can change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Note: Badges are displayed using a Content List Widget filtered by badge.

The Challenges List page displays a list of challenges and recently completed challenges in a recognition program. The Challenges List page appears in Browse > Recognition > Challenges. You can change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Leaderboard Page

The Leaderboard page displays a list of top users in a recognition program. The Leaderboard page appears in Browse > Recognition > Leaderboard. You can change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Note: The default leaderboard is a Top People List People Widget using the Top User List - With Badges Template .

Recognition Activity Page

The Recognition Activity page displays a chronological stream of recognition activity in a recognition program. The Recognition Activity page appears in Browse > Recognition > Most Recent. You can change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Note: Recognition activity is displayed with a New Content Stream Activity Widget  filtered by recognition.

Recognition Program Form

The Recognition Program Form is used to create a new recognition program and edit recognition programs. You can change the layout, edit widgets, and add or remove widgets.

Available Fields

Field Description
Description Sets the description of the recognition program
Include in space activity stream Sets whether badge activity in this recognition program will appear on the Space Activity Stream for the spaces specified in the Space Membership field
Managers Section containing the specific members (2) field
Membership Criteria Section containing the Space Membership, Profile field value, Specific members (1), and Include in space activity stream fields
Profile field value Sets profile fields users should have to participate in this recognition program
Space Membership Sets which spaces users should be a member of in order to participate in this recognition program
Specific members (1) Sets which specific users can participate in this recognition program
Specific members (2) Sets who can edit the recognition program from Browse > Recognition
Title Sets the name of the recognition program

Edit Recognition Page

  1. Click the gear icon > Control Panel > People > Recognition > Pages.
  2. For the page, click the gear icon > Edit Page.
  3. Make changes to the page.
  4. Click Publish changes.

Alternative Way

  1. Click Browse > Recognition.
  2. Click the recognition page.
  3. Hover over the black element on the far right of the page.
  4. Click the edit icon > Edit Page.

Reset Recognition Page

Reset a recognition page to system default. The layout and widgets will return to the system default. Recognition data will not be deleted.

  1. Click the gear icon > Control Panel > People > Recognition > Pages.
  2. For the page, click the gear icon > Reset.
  3. Click Yes.
