If you're curious about what's new in Axero—and what's changed—you're in the right place. The Axero team adds features to Axero each month. Below is a list of new features added or enhanced that are available in the latest release of Axero. To get notified about new Axero features and enhancements, click Follow at the bottom of this wiki.

Cloud clients: Your site may not be on the latest version, however, cloud clients will automatically receive new enhancements when we complete global service release upgrades. Some features listed below may still in beta phase. To see when your platform was last updated, read our Communifire Version documentation.

On-premise clients: Request a site update to get the latest features and enhancements on your site.

• Enhanced Outlook Integration now includes support for multitenant environments for multiple domains. 
• Axero Copilot Feedback added to let people indicate whether the AI answers were helpful and why it wasn't helpful so that source material can be improved. [Copilot is currently available as a closed beta, talk to your Client Success Manager today for more details.]

• Optimized Search Analytics featuring a new Content page for detailed analysis that reveals content most-clicked to from search results
• Improved Persona management with new Filtering and Sorting options

• Expanded options for Events ICS Downloads, with a new modal prompt upon confirming attendance

• A Slack Search Bot can now be added to your Axero site

• Greater control over Google Drive syncing
• Images can now be displayed in emails
• Site administrators can now adjust the default message for Connection Requests

• Admins can find the wikis they are looking for easier with new sorting and filtering options on the Manage Wikis pages in the TLC and in Spaces

• Make your content more engaging with improved functionality of the Rich Text Editor. To get all the benefits, ensure you complete a hard browser refresh:
  • Windows: Hold down Ctrl (Control) and click F5
  • Mac: Hold down Cmd (Command) + Reload
• When updating content that is Required Reading, select whether people who have previously confirmed must re-read the updated content. This is available when updating content (see Required Reading) or through the Rest API: Update Content with a new "RequiredReReadConfirmation" parameter
• Ensure your Outlook Sync Administrator Setup is complete by reviewing our updated integration guide, including updates to the O365 integration in email settings
• Change time between Chat Message Emails being sent with a new System Property "MinutesBetweenChatMessageEmails".
