Tasks are to-do items. Tasks are separated into tasklists and are assigned to specific users. Tasks have a priority and status and can have a due date and estimated completion time. You can sort tasks and move tasks to different tasklists. Users can comment on and follow tasks.
"Top level community" refers to the entirety of your intranet, in contrast to spaces, which are sub-communities of the top level community. My Tasks can be accessed through the header menu.
