Top Level: Expired Content | Communifire Documentation

In the Control Panel, you can view and delete expired and upcoming expiring content from all spaces. People with the Moderator role will receive a notification when content expires.

Content that is still viewable is indicated by Yes in the Visibility column, while content that is not viewable is indicated by No. (Note: Wiki pages remain visible after expiration and cannot be hidden.)

You can set how often content is checked for expiration by setting EntityUpdateStatusInterval in Control Panel > System > System Properties.

Manage Expired Content

Managing expired content in the Control Panel is very similar to managing expired content in spaces.
