To add the Google App in Axero, follow these steps:
People can choose specific folders to be included in particular spaces. This ensures a more tailored experience, allowing individuals to focus on folders directly relevant to their work. In Axero, you can manage drives at different levels, giving you control over access and permissions.
When TLC files are enabled, individuals granted permission to add folders there will also be able to include integrated Google Drives into the Top Level Community directories. This simplifies the process of adding drives and promotes smoother collaboration within your community.
In the TLC file directory settings, individuals can display specific drives to all members based on their access to those drives.
Space Administrators can determine which integrations are available within their respective spaces. This feature allows them to enable or disable specific integrations, customizing the working environment to suit the unique needs of each space.
Within the file directory settings, people can choose which drives are displayed to all individuals within a specific space, provided they can access those drives. This enables people to optimize their workspace, ensuring that only the most relevant drives are shown, improving collaboration and information accessibility.
Note: When sharing within the space, you can only share files within Shared Drive. Personal drives cannot be shared in this manner.
People can add My Drive to Personal Files to their private files section. For the personal file directories view to be available, an admin must first enable the ShowNewMyAccountFilesView system property.
Each individual has control over their integration accounts. They can add or remove access for different integrations on the site if they need to remove authorization for Axero to access their account.
