If your community is new or had low activity during the selected period, some reports may show limited or no data. Try selecting a longer time frame or check back after more user activity has occurred.
Ensure you have applied any desired filters before exporting. Some browsers may block automatic downloads - check your browser's download settings and allow downloads from your Axero community site.
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in to your community.
