The Overview report charts your community's site traffic and shows where people go and what they read.

The report consists of two parts: an upper table that provides an overview of your users, and a lower section that displays key metrics, including the most-viewed spaces, their view counts, popular content based on views, and a user engagement dashboard. This data helps you make informed decisions to improve the user experience.

It has four parts:

1. User Metrics: This section shows the number of active users using the system, newly added users, total users, number of admins, number of members pending activation, and number of banned members. These last four metrics show current counts and are not impacted by changing the timeframe. 
2. User Engagement Dashboard: The engagement dashboard is a useful tool for discovering engagement trends. You can filter the data by activity types including content creation, comments, likes, shares, views, and number of ratings. 

   You can also refine results by content types, such as Albums, Articles, Blogs, Cases, CMS Pages, Discussions, Events, Files, Ideas, Page Builder pages, Photos, Polls, Videos, and Wikis.

   The report displayed on the screen can be downloaded as a CSV file. The exported data will reflect any filters applied, ensuring the information remains consistent with your analysis.

   Note: Every like counts, including a like given again after an unlike, so the like count is a count of like actions rather than of current likes.

3. Top Spaces: Get a quick view into best performing spaces with a list of the top 5 spaces with the highest views in a given timeframe.
4. Top Content: Learn which content on your site is getting the most views. This list provides insight into where people most often go for information.

Timeframe 

Pick the timeframe to analyze. The default is the last 30 days; you can also choose a day, a month, the past 12 months, or a custom range.
