Make your content colorful. With the color picker, choose ready-to-use shades or customize your colors with the HEX color input tool. Match your organization’s branding or give your content the extra pop it needs.
To select a specific color, navigate to Format > Text color > and click the palette icon. From here, you can input a specific HEX number or discover a new shade. Click “Save” once you find the color you’re looking for.

Who doesn’t love emojis? 😀 🥳 👏 🔥 Break free from standard articles, blogs, and announcements by elevating your content with over a hundred emojis. Emojis are perfect for adding the final touch to your content that drives home the message you’re delivering.
To add your emojis, you can either (1) click on the emoji icon in the ribbon or (2) go to Insert > Emojis > and select the image you’re looking for! 👍
For content that calls for sorting and sharing data, use tables! With tables, you can organize and display information in an effective way that your users will easily understand. Select the number of columns and rows you need, adjust the style and colors if you wish, and publish. Here’s how to create a new table.
Go to Insert > Table > and hover over the grid to select the number of columns and rows you need.
To adjust the size of your table, drag the grid lines to your desired dimensions or select your table so the edit bar appears. From here, click “Table properties” and enter the exact measurements. The edit bar also allows you to add and remove columns and rows as you work on your table.
Add color and customize the border style to make your table stand out. To do this, go to Table Properties > Advanced > and adjust the border style, border color, and background color.
Want to keep track of how many words and characters are in your entire body of content or specific sections? The word count tool does the job for you. All you have to do is go to Tools > Word count.
The Word Count tool shows you how many total words you have accumulated, the total number of characters with no spaces, and how many characters with spaces in the entire document. If interested in a specific section, highlight the area before navigating to the Word Count tool. This information will appear under “Selection”.
Easily copy and paste content from other platforms into Axero while maintaining the format. When you paste your content, simply select “Keep formatting.”
You can accomplish many of these content edits without navigating to the menu! Here’s a list of quick keyboard shortcuts to save time and create the content you envision.
The Rich Text editor allows you to add syntax highlighting to code snippets, making technical content easier to read and understand. You can customize the list of languages available in the code highlight dropdown menu by setting the CodeHighlightLanguages System Property.
