Email notifications can be received for Broadcasts by a community member if they are turned on. Below is an example email that is received when a broadcast is sent.
The email title will be the same as the Broadcast heading.
Click here to view the broadcast will navigate the user to the broadcast details page.
To enable images in Broadcasts emails, please follow the How to Enable Images in Emails documentation.
Users will be asked to log in before they can see the Broadcast detail page if they are not already logged in.
Type your login information and click Sign In. The following page will show the broadcast details page.
Note If a user is not the recipient of the broadcast, an admin, or the creator of the broadcast, they will not be able to see the broadcast message. No email alerts will be sent to a non-recipient user.
Notification for broadcast will also be available under the Notifications bell icon once the user is logged in.
Click the Bell icon to see the notifications.
