You can edit a file's title, description, expiration date, and tags and add a featured image. Additional options include setting the file as featured, marking it as required reading, and enabling or disabling comments, likes, and ratings. This does not edit the file itself; only the file info is displayed in Axero.

• Title: A name for the file.
• Description: A description of the file.
• Featured Image: Upload an image that visually represents the file.
• Options:
  • Featured: Make the file featured.
  • Required reading: Require users to mark the file as read.
    Note: Only you are required to mark your personal files as read. Other users can't access your personal files.
  • Allow comments: Allow comments on the file.
  • Allow likes: Allow likes on the file.
  • Allow ratings: Allow ratings on the file.
    Note: Only you can see comments, likes, and ratings on your personal files. Other users can't access them.
• Expiration date: Set the file to expire at a certain time and date. Check Show content after expiry to make the file available after its expiration.
• Add tags: Keywords that can help you find the file. Use spaces to separate tags. Use an underscore or dash to combine separate words into one tag (e.g., Vacation-Policy). Click to see Popular Tags and Tag Groups. Note: Only you can search for your personal files by tag.
