Dynamic Properties are reusable content blocks that can be used throughout your Axero site. They let you create content once and display it across multiple locations, including the My Activity Stream page, Space Activity Stream pages, Page Builder pages, and more. When you update a dynamic property, the changes automatically appear everywhere the property is used.

To create or manage system-wide dynamic properties, navigate to Control Panel > System > Dynamic Properties.
Tip: When creating a dynamic property, check the "Is Active" option to make it available for use in the Dynamic Property widget and other areas of your site.
To create or manage space-specific dynamic properties, navigate to Manage Space > Dynamic Properties. These properties are only available within the specific space where they are created, making them ideal for content relevant only to space members.
Axero includes several built-in dynamic properties that provide specific functionality in predefined locations. These properties are automatically recognized by the system and display content in specific areas without requiring additional configuration.
These properties are created in Control Panel > System > Dynamic Properties and affect pages across your entire intranet.
This dynamic property adds content to the top of the right column on the My Activity Stream page.
These properties are created in Manage Space > Dynamic Properties and affect pages within a specific space. Use these built-in property names to add content to the top or bottom of static pages in your space.
The Announcement dynamic property displays a yellow "Announcement" banner at the top of all pages in the space (excluding Page Builder pages and the Calendar page). You can also use this property to send notifications to space members.
You can customize the top of the Control Panel page by using a dynamic property. This is useful for adding custom branding, important notices, or quick links for administrators.
