Audience Overview 

Audience overview provides visualizations of site traffic data to your community. Data about visits, unique visitors, pages per visit, IP address visits, total visits from members, browser distribution, operating system distribution, and content type distribution are included. You can select the date range and space to view data from.

Top Content 

Top content analytics provides a list of top viewed, commented, liked, and rated content in your intranet. You may download a .csv report.

Content Statistics 

Content statistics provides a visualization of content analytics data in your intranet. You can see how many views, comments, likes, and ratings content has received over time.

Content Type Distribution 

Content type distribution analytics provides a visualization of the number of publications of all the content types (articles, blogs, etc.) for the specified date period.

Membership Report 

The membership report provides information about the roles every member in your community has in the top-level community and all the spaces they are a part of.

Search Analytics 

Search analytics provides an overview of the keywords and tags people search for and the click-through rate.

Recognition Analytics 

Recognition analytics provide visualizations for recognition data. You can see an overview of recognition, drill down into the data by demographic, and download a CSV file of user recognition data.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics provides in-depth analytics of your intranet. Billions of sites across the Internet use Google Analytics, which is why we highly suggest implementing their tracking code to provide enhanced data about your intranet.

1. Sign up for a Google Analytics account here.
2. Create a site in Google Analytics, use your intranet domain name. 
3. Retrieve your tracking code from Google Analytics.
4. Insert your tracking code in Header Scripts in Control Panel > System > Header and Footer Scripts.
5. Click Save System Settings.

Once settings are saved, you will begin to see metrics in your Google Analytics dashboard.
