This guide explains how to configure Box integration with Axero. This setup enables two-way file synchronization between your community and Box, allowing seamless file management across platforms.
The integration can be completed in approximately 30 minutes by a system administrator with appropriate Box and Axero permissions.
Before you start, ensure you have:

Store the Client ID and Client Secret securely and treat them as sensitive credentials. These provide access to your organization's Box data through the integration.
Your Box application is now connected to Axero. Users can begin connecting their Box accounts based on the access levels you've configured.
Users can now access Box files through the configured location in your Axero community. Files will automatically sync every 3 hours, and users can trigger manual sync when needed.
To enable personal My Files access, configure the following system property:
Once enabled, users can connect to Box through My Content > My Files.
Control which Box files are indexed for search by configuring the BoxIntegrationIndexFileSizeLimit system property:
Files larger than the configured limit will not have their content indexed for search. However, file names and descriptions will still appear in search results, ensuring discoverability.
