The space reports are in the Analytics section of the Manage Space menu. From the space, click Manage Space, then click a report under Analytics. Each report below has its own page.
Manage Space: Audience Overview
Audience overview charts how many people visit the space.
Manage Space: Top Content
Top content lists the space's most viewed, commented on, liked, rated, or downloaded content.
Manage Space: Content Statistics
Content statistics charts how often the space's content is viewed, commented on, liked, rated, or downloaded over time.
Manage Space: Content Type Distribution
Content type distribution shows, as a pie chart, how many articles, blogs, and other types of content were published in the space.
Manage Space: Membership Report
The membership report lists the space's members and their roles. To see a member's roles in another of their spaces, or in the top level community, choose it from the list in that member's row.
Manage Space: Search Analytics
Search analytics lists the words and tags people searched for in the space, and how often they clicked a result (the click-through rate).
Manage Space: Recognition Analytics
Recognition analytics charts the badges, points, and challenges people earned in the space.
