People Statistics | Axero Documentation

The People Statistics page shows a recognition statistics report for every user. The table has four columns: Person, Kudos Received, Kudos Given, and Challenges Completed. Each of the three count columns also shows that person's latest entry of that type, with its date and the other person involved. To show a profile field such as Department or Reports to, add it as a report field.

To view people statistics, click the gear icon > Control Panel > Analytics > Recognition, then People Statistics.

Using Analytics

You can filter people statistics in the following ways:

Select a program in the Recognition Program filter, then pick a badge in the Badge filter, which lists that program's badges.

Add Filters

You can add filters to the people statistics page.

1. Click the settings gear at the right of the filter bar, beside Download CSV.
2. Custom Filters: Add filters for the report.
   • Check Spaces to add a spaces filter.
   • Check User roles to add a roles filter.
   • To add a profile field filter, select a field in the Select field menu. Custom Filters offers picklist fields, single-checkbox fields, and any profile field that holds a person, such as Reports to. Preference fields are never offered.
3. Report Fields: Select profile fields to display in the table. You can display any profile field except the preference fields.
4. Check or uncheck Include fields only in CSV download. If checked, Report Fields appear only in the CSV download. If unchecked, Report Fields appear on the people statistics page and in the CSV download.
5. Click Refresh.

The new filters appear in the filters bar and as extra columns in the statistics table.

Download People Statistics

Click Download CSV to download the report as a CSV file, a plain spreadsheet file that Excel can open. The download uses any filters you selected.

Opening the CSV file in Excel

1. Open a blank workbook in Excel.
2. Windows:
   1. Click Data > From Text/CSV.
   2. Select the CSV file.
   3. Select Comma as the Delimiter.
   4. Click Load.
3. Mac:
   1. Click Data > Get External Data > From Text.
   2. Select the CSV file.
   3. Select Delimited.
   4. Click Next.
   5. Check Comma.
   6. Uncheck other delimiters.
   7. Click Next.
   8. Click Finish.
   9. Click OK.
