Recognition analytics show your recognition data as charts. You can see an overview, break the data down by demographic (a group of people who share a profile field value, such as a department), and download a CSV file (a spreadsheet file) of user recognition data.
To view recognition analytics, click the gear icon > Control Panel > Analytics > Recognition.
The charts at the top of the page cover:
You can narrow the analytics by recognition program, and by demographics based on profile fields such as Department and Reports to.
You can filter analytics in the following ways:
Select a recognition program, then filter further by badge.
Hover over a line graph to see the numbers behind each point.
At the bottom of the page, a Demographics table breaks the same figures down by profile field. Click a row to see that group's data.
You can add a Spaces filter and profile field filters to the community recognition analytics page. Custom Filters offers picklist fields, single-checkbox fields, and any profile field that holds a person, such as Reports to. Preference fields are never offered.
The new filter appears as a dropdown menu in the filters bar.
