Add buttons to the rich editor toolbar to provide additional text formatting options and to add quick links for commonly used features. Available options include font, font size, horizontal line, insert table of contents, and more.

Options are added as buttons in the third row of the toolbar. Note that some options may already be available in the toolbar menus, appear by clicking an element (e.g. a table or image), or can be done with keyboard shortcuts. Alternative methods for each option are noted below. If an option has an alternative method, adding the option as a button in the toolbar provides a 1-click button to accomplish that action.
Some options were renamed in the upgraded Rich Text Editor, and the table below shows both names. See Rich Text Editor for the editor itself.
About the font list. Adding fontfamily puts a font dropdown on the toolbar, but the fonts it offers are fixed. The list is built into the editor and there is no setting that adds to it, so you cannot offer your brand font as a choice for authors.
fontfamily
If the goal is for your site to use a particular font, set it in CSS Overrides under Design Resources instead. That changes how the site renders, which is what most people are after. It does not change the font choices offered inside the editor, and the two are unrelated.
